Jeffrey Herter

Jeffrey Herter is a real estate investor and Principal at Providence Real Properties, LLC, based in Rye, New Hampshire. With more than fifteen years of experience, he specializes in multifamily investing and adaptive reuse opportunities across the United States.

Jeffrey began his career in finance, co-founding a derivatives trading firm and later launching multiple investment ventures, including a hedge fund and real estate platforms. His work is rooted in disciplined risk management, analytical thinking, and a long-term approach to value creation.

A graduate of Boston University’s Questrom School of Business, where he earned his degree in accounting cum laude, Jeffrey combines financial expertise with hands-on execution. He is also a volunteer SCORE mentor, supporting small business owners with practical guidance and strategy.

His focus remains simple: identify opportunity, manage risk, and build lasting value over time.
