Jeff Carton went to Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH. He graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Arts in Government. Jeff Carton went to Columbia University School of Law. He then sat for, and passed, the New York and Connecticut State Bars, both of which he remains a member of today. Jeff is an experienced litigator, having successfully tried to verdict jury trials in both state and federal courts, conducted arbitrations and mediations before the AAA and JAMS, and argued appeals before the Supreme Courts of New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Connecticut, as well as the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and various Appellate Divisions throughout New York State. Jeff has been honored by his peers for inclusion in US News & World Reports’ Best Lawyers, his 10+ year selection to Super Lawyers (including as one of the Top 25 in Westchester County), and his induction into Elite Lawyers in America, the Litigation Counsel of America, and the National Trial Lawyers' Top 100 in New York.
