I am Founder and Managing Partner of The Deerborne Group, a San Diego–based boutique management consultancy that partners with Fortune 500 companies, venture capital and private equity firms, and growth-stage healthcare companies globally. Our work focuses on translating scientific innovation into durable enterprise value through insight-driven strategy and execution.

In addition to advisory work, I have served in senior commercial and operating roles, including leading a high-volume MolDx CLIA laboratory through significant regulatory and operational complexity, overseeing enterprise operations, reimbursement strategy, and leadership build-out.

Outside of work, I am an avid mountaineer, climber, and endurance athlete. I am a UCLA graduate and former U.S. Navy SEAL.
