Jeffrey P. Ross

Jeffrey P. Ross is currently Managing Partner of Glenoe Associates LLC, a business executive consultancy located in Newton, MA. With a focus on corporate restructuring and managed revenue growth, he has utilized his extensive personal experience as a principal in buying and selling of companies, leading to the reorganization and building of three medium-sized corporations, installing management teams and strategies for significant revenue growth.

Prior to starting Glenoe Associates, Mr. Ross served as President, CEO and owner of Stoughton, MA-based Thayer Pharmacies; President and Chief Operating Officer, of Canton, MA-based Pet Supply Depot; President and Chief Executive Officer of Houston, TX-based Hearthstone Assisted Living, Inc.

Mr. Ross' civic commitments complement his extensive business experience, having served as Entrepreneur in Residence, Watermill Ventures of Waltham, MA; Board of Trustees of Combined Jewish Philanthropies of Greater Boston; Board of Trustees of Brookline Hospital, Brookline, MA; Board Member, Capital Crossing Preferred Corporation (subsidiary of Capital Crossing Bank); Member, Young Presidents Organization (YPO) – active for over 20 years; Harvard Business School Alumni Access Community Action Partners

Mr. Ross has a BS in Pharmacy from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy, which served him well in his time leading a chain of pharmacies. As he broadened his scope to include other industries, he commpleted the OPM-5 Executive Education Program for CEOs at Harvard University Business School. When not working with clients to improve their business practices, he can frequently be found on the golf course.
