Jeffrey A. Forrest is the owner and co-founder of The CORE Financial Group in Arroyo Grande, California. Jeff’s goal is to manage his client’s money in a way that creates a sustainable income stream for life. He is also a life coach and professional speaker that encourages making smarter money decisions and having a work-life balance for a happier life.

Since graduating from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 1977 Jeff has spent the past 38 years owning, operating and serving in executive positions at various financial services companies.

All of this experience led to his creation of The CORE Financial Group which makes a clear distinction between “safe money” and “risk money”. During his career, Jeff has worked on both sides of the fence. It is often “risk money” that makes the headlines and what people traditionally think of when they think of financial planning.

When Jeff first started with financial planning, the stock market was considered “safe money” where one could expect to receive a consistent return on investment. Today equity markets are much more volatile, but over the course of his career Jeffrey has found what works regardless of the market and is able to guarantee results by being innovative with safe financial solutions.
