Dr. Jeffrey B. Rubinstein is an Otolaryngologist specializing in the care of conditions associated with the ear, nose, and throat. Dr. Jeffrey B. Rubinstein possesses extensive experience in his field. He has been in private practice for nearly three decades, serving the residents of northern Kentucky and Cincinnati, Ohio.

Dr. Jeffrey B. Rubinstein earned a Bachelor of Science from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. He graduated summa cum laude and phi beta kappa before matriculating to The University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Rubinstein then earned his medical degree from the university's medical school. He joined Abington Memorial Hospital and completed two years of general surgery residency as an ENT prerequisite. Dr. Rubinstein then fulfilled his specialty requirement with a residency in Otolaryngology, specifically Head and Neck Surgery, at The University of Pennsylvania and The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Dr. Rubinstein relocated to Northern Kentucky in 1983 and has been affiliated with St. Elizabeth Healthcare in northern Kentucky.

Dr. Rubinstein holds memberships in several professional organizations including the Kentucky Medical Association, the Northern Kentucky Medical Society, American Medical Association, and the Cincinnati Society of Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, The American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy, and the American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Rubinstein is a published author and has contributed his expertise to national scientific journals. He continues to expand and develop his acumen within his profession and is a frequent attendee at courses related to otolaryngology as well as general medicine.
