Jeffrey Bussean

Jeffrey Bussean, President and founder of Bussean Enterprises, oversees Bussean Custom Caterers and three elegant venues in the Chicago-area: The Chateau Bu-Sché, the Patrick C. Haley Mansion, and The Grand Ballroom at Joliet Union Station. In this capacity, Jeffrey Bussean serves as an executive manager, directing public relations, advertising, construction management, and corporate financial management. Additionally, Jeffrey Bussean maintains responsibility for the historical preservation of his three venues and receives accolades for saving the Patrick C. Haley Mansion, originally built in 1891, from demolition. Jeffrey Bussean plans to continue creating elegant venues. Under Jeffrey Bussean’s leadership, Bussean Custom Caterers offers delicious and exciting menus, focusing on a variety of themes. Bussean Custom Caterers provides exclusive catering for Jeffrey Bussean’s three venues, but also caters other events. With cuisine featuring delicacies such as salad of rose petal, Belgian endive drizzled with raspberry vinaigrette, and the signature apple swan carving, Jeffrey Bussean assures customer satisfaction, and presents a meal that guests will rave about. Previously, Jeffrey Bussean served for seven years as President of A Unique Location, a social and corporate catering company. In this role, Jeffrey Bussean assumed responsibility for managing and business development, effectively expanding the organization. Prior to entering the world of catering and event planning, Jeffrey Bussean attended Southern Illinois University and The School of the Art Institute of Chicago, where he studied art composition and design. Heavily involved in the community, Jeffrey Bussean belongs to the Alsip Chamber of Commerce, the Joliet Region Chamber of Commerce & Industry, the Lyric Opera of Chicago, and contributes to Sertoma, a non-profit dedicated to serving more than 50 million individuals with hearing difficulties. Additionally, Jeffrey Bussean donates to charities such as Plan USA, Wounded Warrior Project, and Childreach International USA. In his spare time, Jeffrey Bussean pursues many hobbies, including reading, cooking, gardening, and attending the opera.
