Career Trajectory
After starting at one of Central Texas’ largest law firms, Jeff immersed himself in the full spectrum of high-stakes civil litigation before pivoting to criminal law work under an esteemed Belton criminal defense attorney. In 2006, after several years serving as an Assistant County Attorney in Bell County, he opened his own firm, blending criminal defense with appellate expertise across state and federal courts. Then in 2017, he joined Coryell County’s District Attorney’s office as an Assistant DA, prosecuting serious felonies.
