My name is Jeff, I'm a 37 y.o. father of one and husband to a beautiful wife. I'm a chemist by study but an entrepreneur by trade and heart.
I'm an Independent Health and Wellness Beachbody Coach. Basically it's my job to help people be their best selves physically, mentally and emotionally.
I genuinely care for people and know that the Good Lord has put me on this Earth to help others. I have heard His calling to do so in this fashion and also by serving my church congregation as a member of council.
I am a complete space nerd and am a huge fan of Star Wars, Star Trek and the Firefly franchises.
