Jeffrey Fialky

I am a member of Bacon Wilson, P.C’s corporate, real estate, and municipal departments.

A former Assistant District Attorney in Hampden County, I joined the firm after nearly a decade in Eastern Massachusetts where I held senior attorney positions within some of the country’s most prominent telecommunications and cable television companies. I have extensive experience in business, commercial, real estate, municipal, and telecommunications law.

A native of the Pioneer Valley, I currently reside with my wife and two children in Longmeadow, Massachusetts.
