Jeff is an ordained Anglican Pastor with a passion for the local church. He is the founder and lead strategist for a new ministry called Imago Dei 360. The mission of IMD360 is to catalyze new paradigms in diaspora missiology—to bridge the church to the world now at our doorsteps.
Jeff also serves as an assessor, coach and instructor for church planters and leadership teams throughout the country. Jeff has trained church planters and small group leaders in such countries as Russia, Ukraine, Mexico and North Africa. Over the past 20 years, he has served in the roles of small groups pastor, executive pastor, teaching pastor and senior pastor. In 2009, he planted a new work in Greensboro that developed 12 missional communities serving the cities international and marginalized people. He transitioned that church to a new lead Pastor in 2013. Jeff also serves as the lead regional strategist for Anglican 1000 that is responsible for the discernment, assessment and training process for new Anglican Church planters.
Jeff is the author of various leadership training materials including the Russian training curriculum: Discovering, Developing and Deploying a Small Group Ministry in the Local Church. He served as an editor and contributor to the Saturation Church Planting training curriculum, teaching that material to church planters in various cities throughout Russia. He the author of GroupBuilder, an analytical tool for accessing the vitality of life groups in the local church. He recently served on a team that wrote a new tool to assess the health and vitality of Anglican churches.
Jeff comes from a rich background in the market place where he practiced law for 15 years including serving as counsel for the Recording Industry of America. He was a principle in the Weber Law Firm, PLLC, and is a court trained mediator and a North Carolina Certified Arbitrator. During his practice he was selected to serve as the panel attorney for both the National Football Players Association as well as the National Hockey league where he has represented numerous professional athletes in contract negotiations.
Jeff holds a degree in biblical studies from Columbia International University, a Law Degree from USC and a Master of Divinity from Reformed Theological Seminary in Charlotte, North Carolina. Jeff is ordained in the Anglican Church (Province of the Anglican Church of Rwanda) where he serves on the executive team.
