Hi, my name is Jeff Klist. I am a licensed Home Inspector in Washington.

I have 10 years of experience in property management and remodel.

In 2025 I got my Home Inspector license in WA state, and started North Crest Home Inspections.

I use my close attention to detail, and knowledge of building to create a report that clearly informs you on the condition of the home.

I am located in Bremerton, and work throughout Kitsap County.
