Jeffrey Sharp

Jeff Sharp is President of Production/Co-Founder of Open Road Integrated Media in New York City. Over the past ten years, Jeff has produced a series of Academy Award and Golden Globe winning/nominated films, built innovative transmedia partnerships and distinguished himself in recognizing opportunities to better integrate the publishing and film industries in creating critically acclaimed commercial entertainment.

As a Producer, his film credits include: Dark Harbor, Boys Don’t Cry, You Can Count on Me, Nicholas Nickleby, A Home at the End of the World, The Night Listener, Proof, and Evening.

Jeff is currently working with the Tapei International Book Exposition (TiBE) to launch its Book Meets Film Forum in February, 2012 in collaboration with the Hong Kong International Film Festival. He also recently helped form the New York Book and Media Week which will launch in June, 2012 as part of the Book Expo of America (BEA). He serves on the Executive Board of Literacy Partners and is the Co-Chair of The Hamptons International Film Festival Advisory Board. Jeff graduated from Colgate University (BA) and Columbia University (MFA).

Jeff enjoys time on the beach with his son.
