Jeffrey Scott Stanton
Consultant, Coach, and Speaker in NYC
I am Dr. Jeffrey Scott Stanton, a behavioral strategist, real estate coach, consultant, and advisor who helps professionals understand what drives their behavior, overcome the patterns holding them back, and turn learning into measurable performance.
I currently lead group coaching for SELL IT by SERHANT, helping real estate professionals strengthen their mindset, build their brands, create more opportunities, and translate proven strategies into consistent action and growth.
My career spans real estate sales, team leadership, coaching, behavioral performance, and national learning and development. I have built and sold real estate teams twice, personally produced more than 70 transaction sides in a single year, and coached professionals ranging from newly licensed agents to high-producing luxury agents and teams. As the former Executive Vice President of Learning and Development at Douglas Elliman Real Estate, I led national training initiatives, agent onboarding, curriculum development, technology adoption, and professional development programs.
As a behavioral strategist, I look beyond surface-level challenges to identify the beliefs, communication patterns, decision-making styles, and behavioral barriers influencing performance. My approach combines real-world business experience with behavioral science, allowing me to help people understand not only what they need to do, but also what may be preventing them from doing it consistently.
I hold a Doctorate in Clinical Hypnotherapy and credentials as a Master Practitioner and Master Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, an NLP Coach, and a Robbins-Madanes Certified Coach. I am also the founder of R2R Diagnostic Group, where I develop behavioral assessments and coaching tools designed to identify performance barriers, personalize development, strengthen communication, and create measurable growth.
My work has been recognized throughout the real estate and learning industries, including being named the 2022 REEA Educator of the Year, a five-time OnCon Learning Leader, and a recipient of the REEA President’s Award.
Whether I am coaching an individual professional, leading a group, advising a leadership team, or designing a learning experience, my focus is always the same: diagnosing behavior, unlocking potential, and driving performance.
