Having led teams of employees at international hotels for more than two decades, Jeffrey Scott Sussman has experience meeting and exceeding business objectives. As a hotel GM for the Dubao based Hashoo Group, Jeffrey Scott Sussman improved gross operating profits by 43 percent while leading more than 600 employees between 2017 and 2019. Helping to open as well as operate the new USD 300,000,000 Wyndham Grand Xiamen, China, he fulfilled the duties of a hotel GM and led the hotel to earn a gross operating profit in its first three months.

Jeffrey Sussman has worked closely with hotel executives to maintain a distinctive service culture and implement growth strategies, such as maximizing guest retention. During his time at The Ritz-Carlton Osaka, he reported to Herve Humler, the CEO of The Ritz-Carlton, and he assisted with hotel openings in Osaka, Japan, Malaysia, Naples Florida, Jamaica and Battery Park, New York. Additionally, he served on the task force of The Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, China, when Bill Clinton made a presidential visit in 1998.
