Why do I love cars? People always ask me, but I never gavethem a perfect answer .They always say “Cars are just machines that bring usfrom point A to point B". No, they are wrong. As a true petrolhead (a namefor car enthusiast/lovers), cars are not just machines that bring us from apoint to another. There are many things that makes me love cars. Let me classifythem, Sound, Design, Inventions and The Adrenaline Rush through your body.

Sound, there are many type of sound produced within thecars, from the sound of air flowing through the engine to the sound of pistonspumping up and down. The loudnoises, such as the revving of an engine, are likely to have an arousing effecton an individual's physiology. It has been scientifically tested thatcars with nice engine sounds increase excitement for both men and woman. Withoutsound, all you will see is a fast car moving without knowing what type ofmonster is under the bonnet of it at. Sound gives you that type of sensation toyour ears which is like ice cream to you taste buds. That’s why sound isimportant. Without it, how will I know my brother is reaching home in 5 minutes.

Secondly, Design, why does design play a key factor? It’ssimple, its first thing that comes to your mind to have your own firstimpression on it. Some cars are made to be as aerodynamic as possible, somecars are made to be tough. For instance when you see a Ferrari or Lamborghini, you see its low and aerodynamic shape with an aggressive face. It gives youthat idea that it is been designed to move as fast as possible capable oftearing your face and it’s telling you “I am a serious racing car! Don’t driveme with your clown shoes on!" .Or even seeing a big Land Rover Defenderwith its bulky design makes you know it is a tough car that is capable ofconquering any type of terrain. But what really makes design outstanding is itsdevelopment throughout the years. It’s been evolving since. Like how cars nowhave a more curved shape .I bet in 10 years’ time we would have a car thatlooks like an aeroplane.

Thirdly, Inventions, ever since the first car (Ford Model T)was invented in 1903, many inventions were made to make a car even better. In1930, Ford introduced safety glass which consist a thin layer of plastic filmslaminated between layers to hold
