His background includes work across universities, community services, and hospital mental health teams.

You may find working with Jeffrey helpful if you are seeking greater clarity, healing, or a deeper understanding of yourself. You might feel stuck in unhelpful patterns, overwhelmed by the effects of trauma or stress, or held back by feelings of low self-esteem or self-doubt. Therapy with Jeffrey provides a safe, collaborative space to face challenges, understand the roots of your struggles, and move toward lasting change.

Grounded in safety, trust, and collaboration, Jeffrey’s therapeutic approach is warm and supportive, yet gently challenging. He works from a strengths-based perspective, helping clients draw on their existing resources and resilience. While he primarily uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, he also integrates elements of Compassion-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and EMDR to suit each individual’s needs.

Jeffrey also values working with people from diverse and marginalised backgrounds, including immigrants and LGBTI communities. Born in Hong Kong, he is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, and is committed to creating a safe and inclusive therapeutic space.
