I became Pastor of Grace Baptist Church, in Liberty, South Carolina on March 3, 2002, succeeding my father, Clifford W. Kelley, who passed away unexpectedly on November 8, 2001.

Born in Chattanooga, TN, I trusted Christ for salvation in March 1971 under the ministry of my grandfather, Dr. S. Milford Biddle.

My wife Kim and I have been blessed with two sons and a daughter-in-law.
