Started out as Software Engineer at Nexon Canada in 2008, I took part in 2 projects, developing PC MMO games. At Nexon, I had the opportunity to work on all technical aspects in online games development, including server, DB, social, gameplay, graphics, AI, and physics.

Then in 2009, I got recruited by Ericsson as Platform Software Designer to work on their award winning product, the SmartEdge router.

In 2010, after deciding to return to Indonesia, I joined PhaseDev to become a co-founder and the acting CTO. We grew rapidly from only 3 founders to 20 staffs within a year and to more than 50 staffs within two years. We specialised in building cross-platform mobile apps and RIAs and have successfully developed and delivered Virtual Account System for Bank Mega and ERP solutions for major retail players.

In 2011, fuelled by passion in building products, we reinvested all of our profits into developing Wayang, Bouncity, Tiket.com, and Faunia Rancher. I actively took part in all aspects in each product in all stages in its lifecycle, starting from brainstorming ideas, creating prototypes, doing market research, writing business plans, defining brand and identity, building a team, designing and developing the product, and executing marketing and growth strategy to a level where each and every one of them eventually became the top product in its own category and won local and international awards.

In 2012, Bouncity was acquired by QEON (Midplaza Holdings), where I became an active shareholder and CTO, responsible for building and managing R&D department, defining the development process and SDLC, setting up PM and QA process, and designing highly scalable infrastructure and system architecture to support our online games service and platform.
