My passions involve connecting the complicated worlds in which we live through data; I seek to understand, innovate, and visualize the vast webs of information linking people, our ideas, our actions, and the meaning in between, and have applied this to fields such as marketing and sports.
I work for dunnhumby, the world's largest customer science firm, as a Data Analyst, seeking to shape, analyze, and visualize shopper behavior to create value for our retailer and manufacturer clients.
I graduated in May 2013 from Miami University with a degree in marketing. During that stretch, I ate my way through Southeast Asia, enjoyed an array of work experience, and wrote a pretty boring academic paper on effective marketing social media strategies, which was subsequently published in a conference proceeding (and even cited). My other interests include food, sports, applied economics, books detailing sociological and psychological phenomena, and music.
