Jeff S. Spivack

Jeff S. Spivack is a member of the International Association for Identification (IAI), the tenth person worldwide to earn the designation of Certified Forensic Video Examiner. Jeff's other professional affiliations include the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers (SMPTE) and Evidence Photographers International Concil (EPIC). Prior to resuming private practice, Jeff was employed as a Forensic Multimedia Analyst with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.

In addition to providing legal video services through Miami based Coherent Legal Video, LLC, Jeff is also Cognitech, Inc.’s Senior Forensic Video Software Certification Instructor. In this position, Jeff Spivack developed and delivers the current forensic video end user certification course at Cognitech’s Pasadena, CA headquarters and on-site at customer locations, most recently at the FBI Forensic Audio, Video, and Image Analysis Unit at Quantico, VA.

Jeff is also the Director of Program Development for Digital Summit International, a non-profit organization, recruiting presenters for workshops and lectures from leading experts in computer, mobile device, video, audio, and photographic digital forensics for DSI’s annual conference in Las Vegas, NV, with additional training currently in development.

Jeff has been accepted as an expert witness in legal proceedings throughout the United States, and has provided presentations at Digital Summit International's annual educational conference, and at local chapters of the High Technology Crime Investigation Association (HTCIA) and National Technical Investigators Association (NATIA).
