I married my high school sweetheart 3 weeks after becoming a chiropractor. We celebrated our 19th anniversary last year and with 3 kids and three cats, we are loving life in our hometown, Smithfield, RI, where my chiropractic & weight loss office is.

I love the beach, music, sports, and being with the family. It's a great thing to be a chiropractor- I get to help people in a unique way, many of who have lost hope and are looking for an alternative to drugs and therapy. It is rewarding to coach people and help them learn new habits, all to improve their quality of life. I am a bass guitar player and singer in my spare time. I have a green thumb and enjoy teaching the kids how to help with projects around the house. Life is what you make it. One of my favorite quotes is "you move towards the things you focus on." Both vague and direct. It can be applied to any aspect of life and wellness.
