Structural Packaging Designer, Coach, and Manager in Mission, BC
I’m a packaging and structural design professional with a career built around solving problems, developing people, and turning ideas into practical solutions. As a Packaging Design Team Manager, I lead a team where creativity has to work alongside manufacturing realities, customer needs, cost, and performance. Over the years, my role has grown beyond design into leadership, mentoring, training, and process improvement. I’m a straightforward and practical person who values hard work, trust, accountability, and respect. I believe good leadership starts with listening, asking the right questions, giving people room to succeed, and not being afraid to challenge the way things have always been done.
Outside of work,
I’m happiest building or fixing something, playing guitar, getting outdoors, camping, fishing, or working on a project in the garage. I enjoy understanding how things work and figuring out how to make them better—a mindset that carries into my professional life as well. I’m proud of the work I’ve done, but even more proud of the people I’ve helped develop and the teams I’ve helped build. I’m always looking to learn something new, take on a worthwhile challenge, and leave things a little better than I found them.
