Jeff is a speaker, professional learning facilitator, and educational leader. He is the co-founder of leadupnow.com and #LeadUpChat, an educational leadership professional learning network (PLN) via Twitter.

He has been a presenter at conferences with an emphasis on effective digital communication, assessment, and leadership. Additionally, he has been an elementary and middle school teacher, and currently serves as a secondary school administrator in Frisco, Texas.

Before his work in public education, Jeff served over a decade equipping the local church as a student pastor both in the Dallas and Austin area. It is here that Jeff developed his purpose and passion for people and being a leader of leaders.

Jeff married his college sweetheart and together they have 2 incredible young boys who keep them ever young at heart.
