J.E. Gamble

Radical, Revolutionary, Excellent, Visionary, Faithful, Innovative, Anointed, and Cutting Edge are some of the words often used to describe Pastor Jonathan E. Gamble affectionately known as "J.E." J.E. was ordained as a Reverend in 2005 by his grandfather, the late Bishop J.H. Gamble at Covenant Whosoever Will Church of God in Wilkinsburg. In September of 2010 J.E. was installed by Bishop Donald O. Clay as Youth Pastor of 10k Kingdom Student Ministries at Petra International Ministries. In August of 2012 J.E. and his family planted THIRST Fellowship of the Unashamed, a Church Plant in Wilkinsburg, Pa. for the "Not-so-Perfect" who desire a perfect God. After 2 years of community / high school based discipleship, Thirst Fellowship merged with House of Manna in Homewood. His favorite Bible verse is Galatians 2:20 "I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me." J.E. is well acquainted in working with adolescents and his extroverted nature is very appealing to all ages. He has a heart for Jesus Christ and the "Street Smarts" necessary to work effectively with urban Youth and Young Adults. J.E. is a gifted Motivational Speaker, Community Activist, Entrepreneur, Graphic Designer, mentor and purveyor of God's word. His unique talents and abilities have brought him before many great people most notably President Barack Obama. J.E. is a husband and dedicated father of four. J.E. is a man of vision with Hip-Hop flavor and a right now word from God on a mission to Touch the City, Reach the Nation and "Change the World" with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
