Nick Jekogian

Nickolas W. Jekogian, III is founder and President/CEO of Signature Community Investment Group. Mr. Jekogian founded the company while in college with the purchase of a small apartment building in Center City Philadelphia. Mr. Jekogian has since built Signature Community into a fully-integrated real estate company that owns and operates more than 4,000 apartment units throughout the United States with an aggregate value of over $300 million. Mr. Jekogian is a licensed real estate broker in New York. He has a Business Administration degree from Drexel University and a Masters degree in Management from the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, Mr. Jekogian has more than 20 years experience developing commercial properties in the New York metro area for retailers such as CVS, TD/Commerce Bank and Blockbuster Video. Mr. Jekogian currently resides in Manhattan with his wife and two young daughters. He is a competitor in Ironman-level triathlons and ultra-distance marathons. Mr. Jekogian is a member of YPO. Mr. Jekogian also invests in early stage companies through his involvement with the various Angel Groups.
