I am an interdisciplinary researcher using statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze biomedical data. I am currently doing a transitional PostDoc at ETH Zurich, developing tools that would facilitate data cleaning, quality control and extraction of predictive features from large-scale omics data.

I'm interested in integrating the growing body of data - electronic medical records, molecular data (genomics, proteomics), clinical trials - into a coherent system that improves patient care in a cost-effective way.

I am also supporting a number of "systematic" charities in Eastern Europe that fight HIV epidemics, teach life skills to teenagers from orphanages and young people with an autismspectrum disorder.
