I first got my real taste and passion for baking when i was about 9 years old, Watching my Grandmother bake was like magic and i remember always being the first one in and last one out the kitchen when she baked.It was like magic at that age and I had front row seats to the show. I couldn't really understand the scientific/mathematics side of it, so to me it was like grandmother was a wizard.Turning flour and sugar into cakes, butter and vanilla into pies. The aroma of butter and the sweet light scent of vanilla in the air still to this day reminds me of her.Growing up i tried getting my hands into every creative pot i could find.. i picked up drawing painting and even sewing, i knew that my real passion was for baking but being creative and having experience with art, colors and drawing all tied down to who i want to be and how i expressed myself through my projects til this day
