Introducing Jemeisha Williams: A Dedicated and Accomplished Social Worker.
Jemeisha Williams is a Registered Social Workerwith a passion for helping black youth succeed. From a young age, Jemeisha recognized her desire to help others overcome challenges and achieve their potential. This motivated her to pursue a career in social work, where she has flourished.
Jemeisha has an impressive educational background, having earned both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Social Work from York University and a Social Services Diploma from Humber College. She has also navigated her own personal and professional challenges, never allowing obstacles to prevent her from pursuing her goals.
Over the past decade, Jemeisha has worked in various roles, including Child and Youth, Student Advising, a Part-time Professor, Youth Counselling, and her most recent position Program Coordinator of Student Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives.
Jemeisha's contributions to her community have not gone unnoticed. She has received numerous scholarships, awards, and recognition for her dedication and hard work. Her humility and work ethic are a testament to her guiding force.
