Jemima is passionate about mental health

As a Mental Health & Wellbeing Coach she helps people to be the best they can be.

As a Counsellor & Psychotherapist she helps people discover how to be true to themselves and find enthusiasm for their lives.

Through teaching Meditation she shows how we can all develop ongoing joy in life regardless of our circumstances.

As a graduate of Psychology, and NLP Practitioner, she uses her knowledge and experience to support her clients develop ways to understand themselves, to grow and develop.

Jemima has successfully delivered Mental Health First Aid training programmes across business, government and third sector organisations for over 10 years.

She started talking about mental health and mental illness in the corporate world in 2005 - many years before most companies started to recognise how important it was to consider the mental health of employees.

She has also been a Trustee of two Mind groups and currently supports people struggling with their mental health as a volunteer coach for SHOUT.(www.giveusashout.org)
