Jem Jackson is passionate about inspiring Hope, change & transformation in situations and lives.

Jem is a Social Worker by day, holding a Masters in Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University and an undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto in Psychology. Everything that she does has to do with hope, change and transformation. From her counselling practice- Freedom Counselling & Psychotherapy Services in Pickering Ontario; to raising money for Sickle Cell Disease through the Ujima Sickle Cell Patient Emergency Fund. Jem also does consultant work with Psychological companies as well as community organizations.
