Jem Janik

Jem Janik leads social marketing for Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise. Before that she was the Enterprise Community Manager for Engage, Alcatel-Lucent's successful global social business community of more than 55,000 members. The community received the 2010 JiveWorld Employee Engagement Award. Jem is a charter member of the Community BackChannel and a member of the Social Business Council.

Outside of work Jem is an amateur competitive ballroom dancer (Gold/Open American Smooth / Silver American Rhythm) with her husband.
