Hi, I'm Jen Joseph of High Wycombe, England.

I work as an independent Performance Coach with a background in Human Resource Management. I am also a licenced Minister of specialising in Bible Scripture studies helping the students to understand the importance of integrity, authenticity, personal value and self-worth, and life standards against appropriate self-talk.

Having specialised in learning and development I later trained in the Tony Robins, Strategic Intervention Coaching program and completed and NLP practitioners course.

No my passion is helping my clients to be free of the destructive redundant childhood self-talk that was acquired as a child for protection but now needs to be released for greater confidence, fears are crusted to grow in courage and bravery enabling self-esteem to be restored.

Finally there is a resolve of the trauma created by past experiences allowing my clients to develop Emotional and Spiritual Intelligence.

I love to write and currently have two titles in the pipeline:

Hidden Mysteries of...: a quadrilogy guiding the reader through principles involved in prayer to develop the mindset that will manifest the opportunities and things that are desired.
