ABOUT ME:

With over 10,000 TCM clinical hours, I have experience with pain management, breathwork, hormone balance, sleep and mood disorders, digestive disturbances, libido, pregnancy & fertility, pediatrics and more.

I'm a proud mama and love working with kids. I also have a dedicated Meditation & Qigong practice in the Spiritwind Internal Arts& Radiant Lotus Women's Qigong lineages. My additional passions include a decade-long Tea Ceremony practice, Tantra, Dance, Writing, Beekeeping, Transformational Festivals, and personal work around Consent, Communication & Boundaries.

I spent 3 years living in an Ecovillage farming community in Caledon Hills and am currently stewarding conservation land in Mono. Living in nature allows me to best focus on learning plant and earth-based medicines, and continue visioning the best possible future for all living things.
