Everything. Chinese Medicine is a framework that seeks to bring balance to Body, Mind & Spirit. It encompasses the entirety of the human experience. Here are some of the most common examples that I see clinically:

Body - Chronic & Acute pain, Headaches and migraines, Digestive issues, Menstrual cramps & irregular cycles, Fertility & reproductive health, Peri/Menopausal symptoms, Fatigue and low energy, Allergies & asthma, Sleep disturbances & insomnia, Immune support & recovery

Mind -Stress & anxiety, Depression & low mood, Mental fatigue or brain fog, Poor concentration, Emotional regulation, Burnout & overwhelm

Spirit - Feeling “stuck” or unbalanced, Lack of purpose or motivation, Emotional blockages, Disconnection from self or others, Grief or transition, Trauma healing, Supporting mindfulness & inner peace

ABOUT ME:

I have been immersed in the worlds of meditation, movement, and wellness for nearly 30 years. My path in healing arts spans over eight years in Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine, following more than a decade of study and practice in Yoga, Ayurveda, Reiki & Thai Yoga Massage. Ancient wisdom for modern wellness.

In clinical practice, I integrate acupuncture and herbal medicine with moxibustion, cupping, tuina massage, lifestyle guidance, and qigong therapy. My approach is trauma-informed and inclusive, welcoming all who seek support in their healing, balance, and wellbeing.

I’m a proud mama and love working with children. My personal practice includes Meditation and Qigong, studying within the Spiritwind Internal Arts, Radiant Lotus, and Wo Ling women’s qigong lineages. I’ve also been devoted to The Way of Tea since 2016 - an anchor of stillness and presence that continues to inform my work.

Beyond the clinic, my passions weave through Tantra, Dance, Ceremony and Circle gatherings, Vedic Astrology, Photography, Writing, Beekeeping, Transformational Festivals, and personal explorations in Consent, Communication, and Boundaries.

I spent three years living in an ecovillage farming community in the Caledon Hills, and now steward conservation land in Mono, ON. Living close to nature deepens my connection with plant and earth-based medicines and inspires my vision for a more harmonious future for all living beings.

Sound like I might carry some medicine you need? I'd be delighted to share.
