Oh hello! I'm Jen. So nice to see you here. It's an honour to share this journey with you. I’m a Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner (Acupuncturist & Herbalist) living on conservation forest land in Mono, ON, Canada.

With over 2500 clinical hours, I have experience with pain management, breathwork, hormone balance, sleep and mood disorders, digestive disturbances, libido, pregnancy & fertility, pediatrics and more.

I'm a proud mama and love working with kids. I also have a dedicated Meditation & Qigong practice in the Spiritwind Internal Arts& Radiant Lotus Women's Qigong lineages. My additional passions include Tantra, Dance, Tea Ceremony, Writing, Beekeeping and personal work around Consent, Communication & Boundaries.

I spent 3 years living in an Ecovillage farming community in Caledon Hills and am currently transitioning into a new healing centre space in Mono. Living in nature allows me to best focus on learning plant and earth-based medicines, and continue visioning the best possible future for all living things.
