Jen Morgan

London, UK

I am the co-founder of The Finance Innovation Lab – a systems change initiative empowering positive disruptors to transform the financial system. I love to cultivate new opportunities, relationships and investment which helps to catalyse change at scale – for people and planet.

I have a backgroundin conceptualising and developing large scale change programmes and pioneering new possibilities.

So anything to do with systems change, social innovation and sustainability is where I'm at.

I previously led WWF’s £20m Global partnership with HSBC and product innovation roles at British Airways and The Body Shop where I was responsible for large scale change programmes which inspired new boundaries in travel and health and wellbeing.

I am very excited to have recently been named a Fellow of Cambridge Judge's Centre for Social Innovation. And other things that I have been up to professionally include being a Sustainability Advisor to Earth Capital Partners, a member of UK Values Alliance and has been a Board member of ShareAction and BankTrack. I love sharing my knowledge with others as a speaker, writer and mentor on systems change, values based business, collaborative processes and sustainability.

I live in London and has an MSc in Responsibility in Business Practice from Ashridge Business School. I am super intrigued by 'How our Relational Reality Shapes Change' and focussed my thesis on that subject. I hold a BBA in International Business from Hofstra University in New York, USA.

Outside of work I love to be in nature and exploring humanity’s great cultural expressions.
