Jen currently manages a semiconductor research and development team, specifically Epitaxy and Measurements in IBM's East Fishkill facility. Jen has a strong background in 1st and 2nd level assembly and reliability analysis for high end processors and custom logic. She had a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Illinois.
