Dr. Jenay Sermon

I am an innovator, learning-preneur and education researcher. I curate impactful, experiential learning experiences with creativity, and manage end-to-end focusing in human-centered decisions, design thinking and metrics. Much of my work is centered in EduTech innovations in education and nonprofit organizations.

A natural connector, I am relatable in instructional and co-working roles. In collaborative settings, I mediate big picture and strategic thinking. I prioritize a solid foundation in learning projects, with specialized design attention to useful technologies, culture/context relevance as well as the user experience.

I have rich expertise & interest in faculty development in higher education. I am systemic in my approach to formal and informal learning spaces, for typical and learners in the margins.

I enjoy travel, exploring creativity and design; individual differences; as well as cooking and coffee culture. I am passionate about learning in the future.
