I am in my senior year at the University of Delaware, double majoring in Wildlife Conservation and Agriculture and Natural Resources and have a minor in Resource Economics. During an internship through Delaware State Parks, I was placed at the Dupont Nature Center and began making connections with people who work for Delaware Fish and Wildlife.

I enjoy the animal care aspect of wildlife conservation, but have also recently developed a passion for Environmental Education. At the University of Delaware, I have taken several lab courses including ornithology, herpetology, entomology, and mammalogy. Through these courses, I have learned the in's and out's of bird calls and ID, mammal identification and distribution as well as plant identification. Along with wildlife conservation and management courses, my minor in Resource Economics has required me to complete environmental economics, food marketing, and data analysis classes.

In my free time, I enjoy participating in various RSO's such as the Animal Science Club and the Wildlife Society. Volunteering for animal shelters and zoos is something I love to do. My favorite hobby is fostering abandoned kittens who are too young to go up for adoption at the animal shelter. Upon graduation, I hope to find a job or internship close to home that will boost my resume and feed my passion for wildlife and environmental education.
