Jen Grim
Jen Grim is the world-traveling, skydiving, photography-loving Director of Customer Service at UncommonGoods. She is one of the founding team members, having created the customer service department from the ground up. For the past 12 years, Jen has been obsessing about the customer experience, resulting in UncommonGoods setting the standard with a 96% satisfaction rating. She has led many innovative initiatives at the company and believes it’s okay to make mistakes, as long as you’re making new mistakes. When not obsessing about the customer experience, Jen explores the world and can be found in places like Peru or Panama with monkeys climbing all over her.
