As the driving force behind JSmith Coaching my desire is to build a practice that is devoted to helping other women find the things in their life that evoke passion.

As a successful, 34 year old, African-American woman with almost 10 years of expeirence in Coprorate America, I have had my fair share of highs and lows. I am sure that my experiences with Executives and peers alike are no different than yours. We can both tell some harrowing experiences that we can only believe because they happened to us.

Through my practice, it is my desire to be your sounding board to women all over the world to help them create plans that will get them laser focused to get themselves to the place in their lives that resonates with love, faith and happiness.
