A dream to have the life I love and live it. Moved to Florida in 2008 with hopes and dreams in my pocket and the opportunity of a lifetime; to cook for Mr.Trump himself at his Palm Beach club. That was short-lived, as they close for the summer. I quickly started working in other restaurants as a day time Assistant Executive Chef and a nighttime waitress at a different local restaurant. That’s the quickest way to meet people when you’re young, right?

A few twists and turns and bumps in the road lead me to where I am today. I don’t know why I didn’t put the puzzle together sooner; the pieces were always right there! A lover of food and a fitness fanatic, I began to build my fitness empire. I said goodbye to an average 9-5, with no remorse and set my sights on making my dreams come true. A huge risk and even bigger reward with no looking back!
