I firmly believe HR has the ability to change the world. We influence every aspect of organizations and each individual who comes in contact with them. I graduated with a BS in Human Resource Management in 2005. When discussing majors with my advisor I told her I picked HR because there is a bit of everything. We are not locked into one function, we are the driving force that gives life to all functions. We supply answers to problems, ask questions to push business limits, and increase functionality as second nature. We change lives.
