Jenna Portelance

Hi! I'm Jenna, and I live in the beautiful state of Colorado! Even with over 340 days of sunshine a year I find it hard to balance my work with all the outdoor hobbies i have. I love to run, cycle, hike, camp, golf, suntan, and ride on the back of my boyfriend's motorcycle. And every day as I watch the sunset go down on the magestic mountains I'm reminded of what truly matters in my life. I'm very blessed to live here and have the family and friends that I do!

A couple of years ago I embarked on a new career venture in the culinary arts! My fascination with cooking started when I was in college and had to fend for myself for the first time. I desperately needed to learn the basics and I was both asking friends and calling home for a while. I felt such accomplishment after mastering a sustainable diet that I kept learning new dishes and techniques every chance I got. Seven years later, with the encouragement of my mom, I attended and graduated from the August Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. And now I've started my own catering business, called Divine Dining Catering! I specialize in small to medium sized events including weddings, graduations, birthdays, anniversaries, christmas parties, etc. I abslutely love what I do and I'm so thankful that I followed this passion!
