Jenna Berndt

I am Jenna Berndt, an Editor for the Spartan Forum. I am incredibly passionate about writing, reading, and art. I am terrible at math, so I will never be able to help with that, but you can always depend on me to edit your papers. I have a pretty goofy personality and balance that out with hard work.

My writing style consists of in-depth investigative articles or digging into significant topics that need to be discussed. My articles are generally longer in length, but because of that there is a lot of detail and points made. I tried to pick topics that had a deeper story to share rather than mediocre stories that were easy to produce.

I really learned how to write outside of my comfort zone. Since Journalism is a very different writing style from what I was used to I had to break down my foundation to really get used to the changes. I also learned how to turn a topic or idea that may seemed like nothing and turn it into something engaging and educational. It was the best feeling when I finished each article.
