My name is Jenna and I am egg, cows dairy, and yeast intolerant and have a wonderful other half who is wheat and gluten intollerant! I know, what a pain in the arse! have created this website because I am tired of trawling through websites to find different recipes and then finding out that it still has something I can’t have in it. This site is an easy way to find altered just for you to make life a little easier.

My biggest annoyance in the foodie world is how much me and my other half seem to miss out on because of supermarket products that seem to add anything and everything to their foods, therefore making the majority of them completely intolerance unfriendly!
