Jennah McKinley

Jennah McKinley, a Carlsbad, NM native and New Mexico State University alumna, has dedicated 15 years to enhancing education in New Mexico. With a Bachelor's in Family and Consumer Sciences Education and a Master's in Online Teaching and Learning, her expertise spans extension education, secondary education, higher education and industry. In her higher education leadership role, she has been instrumental in developing workforce training programs, fostering community-industry partnerships.

As the founder of two service companies Arrowhead Services & Rentals, LLC and Pecos Diamond Cleaning Co, she provides insightful perspectives on the crucial link between education and industry. Jennah is proud to have recently established Desert Rose Solutions, LLC to support small businesses and educational institutions in the Permian Basin.

In her consultancy role, she plans to support organizations in reaching their objectives and streamlining operations with services in foundation support, fund development, education advocacy, professional training, and marketing. Her customized approach guarantees solutions that deliver real, lasting value.
