I am an attorney, small business owner, and writer currently living in Arnold, California. My interests range from disc golf, to travel. I excel at legal research, writing and arguing motions in court. I recently co-chaired two week-long trials, both involving trust and estate disputes, with the judge ruling in our client's favor in both cases. I have a good amount of experience in the following areas of law, and am more than willing and quick to learn others: civil litigation, employment law, family law, bankruptcy, estate planning, contracts, landlord/tenant and some criminal defense experience. I am an optimist and strive hard to achieve my clients' goals, even while up against a daunting opponent. I went the solo route by choice right out of law school, but am looking to relocate to a larger area and join a small firm, in-house or other legal position where I believe I can make a valuable contribution.
