Jenna believes in using an active approach to build resiliency. She has completed additional training in Stott Pilates Rehab & Polestar Pilates Comprehensive Program for Rehabilitation. She also took courses in assessing movement options and appreciates teaching people how to manage and treat pain themselves.

She also has training in Gunn Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS dry needling), chronic pain, acupuncture, manual therapy, rehab for the core, bone health, mindfulness and tai chi.
