Jennifer Boukather

Currently hidden away in a small deranged town, she is abiding her time to venture back out into the culinary arts world. At the wee age of 5, she knew that food would have some kind of impact on her. However, at that time it only involved blowing up eggs in a dinosaur-aged microwave that only a child of the 80s can relate to.

Her dream is to work alongside the greatest food-men, share her crazy innovations only true foodies can understand. Chef or cook or whatever, her place is in the kitchen, dripping with sweat on the line, pumping out 100 covers per hour.

Her greatest achievement was to become one of the youngest Chef de Cuisines in the Seattle area, years ago..... She made her local competitors quiver for her drive; fear her compulsion to push the envelope, and to outwit them at their own game.

Her most respected culinary influence is the one and only chef Gordon Ramsay. And perhaps some day she just may score the chance to cook for the man. But her mentor is her aunt to which introduced her to cooking at the age of 8. Making cookies and shucking wheat to make homemade bread, it was this incredible woman that gave her the confidence to do what jen does best. Cook.
