​Jennifer Garner Consulting is dedicated to provide an organized detailed service plan that provides support and education for families while helping their loved one maintain independence, confidence and dignity through the aging process.

As your navigator my first priority is to be your advocate and help you through your complex situation of understanding and finding the right long-term care options. Whether the goal is to age in place, reside at a residential home or simply looking to down size, I can help.

​The process starts with a initial consultation, where I assess the current care need, finances, long term living-goals and any barriers that can be foreseen. Together we will determine the direction in which to start. It may be you are simply in need of a direction and some resources to proceed with the searching process on your own; or your situation may be a bit more complex, requiring more time than what is available, requiring my assistance in the planning process.

Once the level of help needed is determined I work for you on an hourly fee basis or we can work together through your Navigation Plan Packet. The packet includes information, education and resources to efficiently access senior living or aging in place services, a place for you to create and organize your own plan, questions you should ask when interviewing a facility or agency and more. The Navigation plan also includes 5 hours of my time that is dedicated to you and your navigation needs.

​Understanding, not everyone will have the time to execute their navigation their own search. I will assist from making phone calls and appointments to accompany you on facility tours and agency interviews; to providing a comprehensive service that has me completing your navigation plan and submitting a detailed full report of my findings and recommendations based on my knowledge of the industry. You make the decisions from there.

​I am an advocate and educator first; I believe in transparency of services, which is why I do what I do. Unlike a free consultant or a free senior living referral service, I do not hold contracts or take money from any facility, agency or service I place I refer you too. I make recommendation based off of my expertise, your need and the facility/agencies ability to meet that need.
